What else can be done besides clutch, flywheel, LSD, to make the drivetrain a little stronger?

I'm assuming you're not talking about engine mods. What about smaller diameter wheels and tires? That'll reduce your overall gearing and improve acceleration. I'm considering getting some 225/45/15 tires for track use and they're about 1 inch less in diameter than the stock set up. Approximately 5% less circumference than stock.

I am talking about stuff I can do to strengthen it.

At this point, the list you have is probably about it. For what engine mods are available at present, those should be enough to get you safely where you want to go.

Those items dont strengthen the tranmission at all actually. Are there any companies that make custom gear sets?

A better clutch is considered drivetrain strengthening. We'd need to get some engineering data on the current gears. They might be strong enough. Without that data, you might pay for a custom set that is less strong.
