Ok,

power shifting = leaving foot on the gas while shifting

double clutching = pushing clutch once to goto neutral, once more to get into gear

granny shifting = regular old smooth shifting

speed shifting = ?????

let me know where I'm wrong and fill in the blank please. Also, is there anything else I should know about?

Im not sure but, I think....

Speed Shifing is just shifting normally.....but it's shifting as fast as you can. :o)

Thanx for the reply Boony. That's kinda what I thought it was, but wasn't exactly sure.

Anybody have any tips on shifting at high rpms? I find I can shift very smoothly at about 3000rpm but once I'm up over 4000rpm I have trouble shift smoothly. Downshifting is not a problem. I'm wondering if I'm not letting the clutch out fast enough at high rpm. Any suggestions?

Speed shifting = Power shifting: I really don't think these terms are in any dictionary, just in my experience.
