My wife and I are planning a family now. A 4 door seems more realistic for us as our next car. This one is pretty sporty lookin'. I like it:).

This little piece of "crap" will most probably have a bigger aftermarket than the 7th Gen Celica ;)

Agreed. It's nice looking for what it is: a competitor to econo-sedans like the Civic and Corolla. Can't expect killer looks from a car in that category, really. I wonder if Mazdaspeed will come out with a turbocharged version like they did the Protege?

wierd, Mazda's site has completely different pictures than these - on their site it looks almost exactly like the Matrix! (the crappy Toyota car, not the awesome movie) :chuckles:

its going to have a I4 2.3 liter powerplant which im guessing is shared with the Mazda 6.
its puts out about 160hp and 155 lbft with vvt.
not bad for a hatch.
