wus up everyone, just wanted to let those interested or purchased them that I got my little celica in. After about a month and a couple of weeks I finally got it. If you don't know what it is here is a pic of it, http://abacus.sj.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_EBAY_3f641bf5eb1021853f1d4c0fe5/i-1.JPG
After putting it together, its pretty kewl. I forgot to order the upgraded motor so its kinda slow but still quick for a tiny RC. Damn that means I have to wait another month and half to get it if I order, oh well. Thats it for now. Take it easy. Lates

the store is in fremont.
http://www.beaman.com/
on mission blvd.
dont go there to get plastic tamiya model kits though. or any tamiya stuff for the matter. they overcharge you like a mother.
but right now everything is 30% off. so you can get stuff cheaper. they got a lot of wall scrolls, posters, stickers, cards, dolls, figures, gundam, etc. i saw one tamiya porshe model for fuggin $36!!
for plastic models just order online or something.
i started a celica model, never finished it.

I have fun with mine all the time! Be careful driving it on your driveway tho, because the magnets for the steering mechanism tend to pick up bits of scrap metal. The upgraded motors are a must, I have everything 1.0, 2.2, 2.6, and 3.0. The tire set also helps alot! I zoom mine around the office when I get bored. :D
Results are best with Japanese batteries for some reason, either Panasonic or Sony. In fact, mine came with a disclaimer that specifically said to use theses, and warned against the use of Energizer Titaniums. Also, make sure to drain the car before charging it again, or you'll end up with a butt-slow Char-G. ;)
The little wings come off too... I tried swapping them with my other friend's cars, but so far only the RX-7 can swap with the Celica. I wanted to try to fit my Skyline GT-R wing on there.
