Main Head Light Replacement

I know this is a little thing, but I want to make sure I do it right. I know that the celica is using H7 for the main one, but what do you do to replace them. I looked and to me it looks like I can pull the assembly out, but not sure. I've heard people getting the headlamps to fog up too on damp days. I want to be able to replace the headlight without it fogging it up later.

DON'T TAKE OUT YOUR HEADLIGHT! all u hafta do is pull off the rubber and look inside. there's a clip and the light. push and tug and figure out where the clip is clipped onto, the it'll just unclip. then pull out your H7 and replace, and then put the clip back on, then replace teh rubber!

Sorry I guess I forgot to update. Yea I already replace the lights weeks ago.
