what should i look for? it's basically the same kinda setup as a 1g DSM right?

There's a kid on another board I frequent that has a 91 galant vr4. It's pretty sooped up. He wants $3k for it. I don't think it even has 100k miles on it.

clean car with FILTHY tires and wheels.

-TurboTrix O2 sensor housing with external wastegate dump mod
-2.5" Buschur downpipe
-2.5" hi-flow catalytic conv.

umm... probably 10 other things I'm forgetting. Needs the timing belt realigned since I think one of the cam gears is off by a tooth. Has small, *slow* oil leak by the oil filter. Haven't checked it out.. could be a bad or loose filter for all I know. 1000 miles on the rebuilt head and block.

it aint no celica.. but i gaurantee ull enjoy it more in every possible way except for looks..

gvr4 is a total sleeper.. that setup u mentioned above.. is good for 12s all day if tuned properly at good amount of boost..

4G63 Turbo AWD 4-D00rs Sleeper.. believe me.. that aint no beater.. ull be driving that more than ur celica..

dude, this car is ballsy, i just got home from the guy's house because traffic sucked goin down there. #193/1000. Dark Green. The bitch is bad, and yall are right, it ain't no beater...Total sleeper.

Now if I could just determine the turbo, the guy has the papers for what turbo it is, but he's gotta give em to me when the check clears and I pick up the title. He said 16b, but he said he didn't wanna lie and that it may be a 16g???! PIMP!

4G64 is a 2.4L n/a engine out of the Hyundai Sonata that DSMers use for a stroker motor.

no such thing as a 16b.. if its a stock turbo then its a 14b which is easily upgraded to a 16g.
