recently there have been plenty of questions about the TRD clutch for a GT..as in some people say it doesn't exist in the USA er sumthin like that. supossedly the GT-S clutch would work on the GT even though the pressure plate springs are different..but then i dont think toyota will warranty that. and seeing how many syncro problems there are i dont think i want to do ne thing that will void n e sort of transmission warranty....the answer would be helpfulto me and others and i meant to ask him to reply in a e-mail and a post if possible. If i cant get one specifically for the GT it looks like i'm stuck replacing my stock clutch with..well...a stock clutch.

There is a clutch available for the GT, but it's an import from Japan. It would take around 6-8 weeks to get, so if you'd like it, let me know soon.
I will have to check on pricing, but it's around the same price as the GT-S.
Let me know if you're interested.

We do have one clutch set left at a lower price....$340.
TRD is going to (everyone look surprised!) raise the price on their clutch kits dramatically, from $379.99 to a new price of: $529.99!!!
For interested parties, I can still import the Japan clutches, and they run about, oh...$350 or so. That doesn't include the throw-out bearing, but the throw-out bearing they include is just the Toyota one, so figure ~$400 including shipping for those who care http://www.newcelica.org/ubb/wink.gif
Actually, I'm seeing a lot of nifty stuff from Japan that doesn't cost too much, so I think I'll import some more.
On a related note, the Japan order with color-coord, door sills, and fuel doors is due in within the next 9 days http://www.newcelica.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
Oh yeah, so let me know if you'd like that clutch. I've got it in stock.

The clutch for the GT is literally shipped from Japan, and the wait is about 6-8 weeks. And, they're all prepaid.
If you'd still like it, let me know. If not, I can still get you a really good deal on the stock clutch.
The clutch I have in stock is for the GT-S, and will not fit the GT.
Let me know what you'd like me to do.
Thanks,
David
