how long should my synchros getting replaced take. thanx for the help, cuz im getting seriuosly ****ed by the toyota dealership but's its under warranty so i would rather wait then pay the money thanx again

i got problems 2.
when i down shift from 5 to 4 i get a grinding sound.
i took my car in,and after tear down they sayid that they would cover it. no cost 2 me at all.
it varreys from dealership to dealership.
