After many trips, back and forth to the dealership.
IT turns out the clutch pedal mechanism is not the cause of the squeak. It's inside the square accordian boot which is attached to the outside of the transmission.
The mechanic took out the boot and Sprayed lithium grease into the square hole. (Don't lube inside the boot. This does nothing. You have to lube parts that are inside the hole that the boot is covering)

It got rid of the notchyness and made feel smooth
I hope this will help others who've had this problem.

Hmmm this is interesting. I don't have a problem with the clutch squeeking but I do have a bad case of notchiness during shifting. The odd thing though, all last week it was in the 70's here and the damn shifter slides like a knife through warm butter. When its cold, damn if it won't grind or whatever going into some gears. Odd :AF:

I don't think it is the Release Bearing ( A.K.A. throwout bearing)
I also went to have it looked but the dealer didn't find anything wrong with the bearing. They also told me that if it was the release bearing, it wouldn't engage or it will creak when u release it not when u press it.
well, I'm gonna have them lube it.
