Well hello there fellow celica owners. I just have became a registered user after about a year of just doing research on the site and looking at various applications for the celica. I have been looking into TRD parts lately to fix up my 02 Celi GT and come to notice that they have created a Supercharger for the Matrix/Corolla...You gotta be kidding me TRD :bang: I'm not sure if i'm right in assuming this, but a lot of us GT owners would gladly shell out the money to buy the S/C for our car. I was lucky enough to have my car bought for me (yes I'm spoiled) but the downside/upside is that I have the 100k warranty still on my car. I still have another 80k to go to surpass it. I want to mod up my car to the best of it's ability without voiding my warranty. If they came out w/ a supercharger that would definitely be a good thing I believe. If any of you fellow GT owners agree w/ me... i'd appreciate your responses. thanks
oh btw...here is a link so you can check out the stats for it.

Well.....it's only putting out 166 hp, up from 130, on the Matrix. Give your Celica the benefit of the doubt, and assume it will go up a similar percentage, so you may hit about 180 with it.

Basically, you're about 50 whp under where you'd be with a turbo kit. :(

Sorry, it's not that super duper.

you have a Celica, so don't worry about the SC for matrix, they will never try to fit it into our car, plus TRD USA = Rip off .....

Better off with the SF kit that will give you hell a lot more power
who cares about warrantly, if you want power :)

It's very doubtful that Toyota/TRD would honor the SC's warranty if installed on a Celica, which they did not intend it to be installed on.

opps i thought he drive a matrix, since he talks about it :(
My bad...

BTW even i support DAsport turbo, that doesn't mean i don't like SF kit....
I pick DD just because i like the fuel system better, I wouldn't go around and tell people not to get SF kit. Because that kit probably make more power than dd... :(
