Hi Smaay...thanks for taking the time out to answer my questions. I have a few follow ups though:

I'm a little confused how that MR2 clip 23801W and aeromotive fitting work together because it looks like both are used to connect to the hard line. Do you mean 23841B which holds the fuel line in place? The celica has similar pieces...can those be reused?

Also, the screw type fitting I used looks like it was a solid connection but your warning has me doubting it. I've been feeling and smelling for fuel everyday and there doesn't seem to be any leaking? What are some of the symptoms you were having that made you change the fittings on your fuel rail?

Hey Smaay, I'm dealing with that stuck bolt on the transmission and am thinking of my last resort of drilling the head off the bolt... It's the top one in the back above the exhaust bracket. Do you know if the bolt is threaded through the engine or just in the transmission?

Hey Smaay, I'm the person with the blue Celica that had severe front end damage, and we were exchanging messages about taking out my engine and/or swapping an automatic to a manual. Unfortunately, against everyone's advice, I went and tried to fix my damaged car. I have finally gotten my car back, but there's a lot of problems with the car. First of all, they swapped out my back seats and steering wheel with old beat up replacements and are denying they did anything wrong...the upholstery doesn't even match on the seats, but that's the least of my problems. If they swapped out my seats, I'm thinking they swapped out my engine which had only 63000 miles on it for an older one.
Is there a way to verify that the original engine is still in the car...vin #, serial number?
Where would I find these numbers on the engine?

    thanks, James
