Can someone explain what a stage 1 vs. stage 2 vs. stage 3 etc means? I've gathered the higher the stage the more agressive/race oriented the clutch... but in terms of what it mechanically means... just curious.
if ur doing daily drive get a stage 1or 2 street clutch, each stage is rated for how much horse power ur engine produces so u dont want to spend a lot of money on a clutch that's rated for 400hp, it would take more strength to press the clutch pedal, get a clutch that's rated for a little more horse power then what u have

The higher the stage the greater the clamping force and torque capacity. There is not, however, a 'standardized' system when it comes to what stage equates to what increase over stock.
