I was surprised that Lance did not have his helmet. That sends a bad message for kids. At the speeds he got up to and what not, that is very dangerous.

do the fit test from insanity. It will tell you how fit you are. It is kind of fun especially when you do it with somebody. Kinda boring and much harder by yourself though. You get tired easier. Atleast with somebody, its like a competition to see who give up first.
