2003 GT part out

So a customer brought in a white 2003 Toyota Celica GT. It has a blown motor, and he no longer wants to fix it. I'm parting out the car entirely and will proceed to junk what's left. If you're in need of parts, please let me know.

LOL, looks like he has it covered now.

So funny, this must have been the guy who bought my TRD custom rear strut bar and mounts. I custom made those end plates and had the bar powder coated in silver.

Judging by things like the decals and the weird scoop-on-a-scoop hood... the owner did some really weird shit to this poor celica.

This is the same person who bought your TRD rear bar. I never got to enjoy it much before some fool wrecked my Celi. Since then I hung onto my 90 Celica ST until some kind folks decided to vandalize it.

I bought a new car and hung onto a 93 GTS which is now running! This Celica pictured here is not mine. A customer abandoned it here with no title, so we can't do much with it.

Yeah, I knew the pictured celi wasn't yours, but thought the TRD bar came out of it... I forgot you bought it before. I guess you are just listing it all together since your car was wrecked That sucks, sorry to hear it. GLWS though.

All is well. Thank you for the well wishes! I'd rather not have spare parts lying around. Now that the 93 GTS is close to being restored!

I still have the Tsunami's by the way haha

I completely forgot about those, I would grab them if I didn't just have to buy a new set of injectors... not cheap.

Ah shucks. I guess I shoulda put this 03 GT on part out a bit sooner. Despite the motor blowing, injectors are fine on it. A few parts I could use for my 93 GTS have already been harvested!

I don't know if the Tsunami's will sell quickly, so you still got time, Drac!

Does it have fog lights? I'm looking for a cheap pair of brackets and fog lights, the brackets are more important though. But if you'll sell it all cheap enough I'll take it all, doesn't matter how trashed the lenses are, all I need are the back caps with the wiring and the brackets. I got a project...

Well lets agree on a price before you go taking stuff apart, don't want you doing a bunch of work if I'm not buying. Seems fair, yea?

Put it like this: the most part you'll be paying is shipping. If the car has fog lights, it'll be $40 for both including harnesses and brackets.

That sounds reasonable, check them out and let me know. PM me when you're ready and we'll figure out shipping. I really only need the back caps with wiring so if you want to keep the rest of the fogs to sell to someone else I'll do $40 shipped for both brackets and caps with wiring, that'll cut the weight substantially for shipping costs. How does that work for you?

Sure thing. I'm not looking to overprice anything. I just want to sell as much things as possible before the car hits the junkers.

Sounds great then, let me know when they're off, PM me the paypal, I'll pay, and badabing bababoom. I'm not in any hurry so if you want to wait till you need to pull the bumper for someone else it's no problem.

One other part I may want, the rear heatshield over the muffler. Mines rusted through at the mounting holes, is the one on the part out car in better shape? It's pretty light to ship, but kind of an awkward shape/size.

It seems to be intact. Since it's been raining here nonstop, it's kind of tough to take off outer parts. I didn't forget about your request for the fog light wiring

Fog light brackets are there. No wiring seems to be there though. Heat shield for the car looks iffy, but in taking off the major parts now. Soon I'll have all the parts out everyone has requested, and I'll PM as I package everything.

Once again, NJ is being hit with so much rain, so it makes things a pain.

Rain rain go away....it's finally cleared up here around Chicago for a nice week after what feels like a month of cold, clouds, and rain.

There's no caps on the backs of the fog lights? PM me some pictures of the stuff when you have time. Shame about the heat shield, I guess I'll have to work with what I got then or fabricate a new one myself.

If i can't post them here, I'll post the picture on the Photobucket link in the first post. It's been cold out here for quite a while now. Rain is supposed to bother us for a good 3 days.

That works, except you can't edit in the sale forums. Just link it here or put it in the thread with the img tags or PM me the link, whatever.

Bad news. So I had removed the sunroof and covered the top. However, some vandals broke into the shock and made a mess of things. To make matters worse, they took off the tarp piece that was covering the hole where the sunroof was. What do you; a huge rainstorm hit that very same night. Tons of water got into the car.

Bitter; I have the fog light brackets, at least what's left of it.

I please ask everyone that was looking for parts to please post here or PM me again as to what parts you wanted. Some areas were affected by water, and I'd feel terrible shipping something that won't work.

Bitter; I have the fog light brackets, at least what's left of it.

I please ask everyone that was looking for parts to please post here or PM me again as to what parts you wanted. Some areas were affected by water, and I'd feel terrible shipping something that won't work.
I'm so sorry that happened, those assholes. I hope someone cuts their brake lines.

Get me some shots of the fog brackets and the fog lights or backs of them or whatever there is of them, really all I need off the fogs are the connectors on the fog light side of things and a few inches of wire on them.

Will do man. I'll stop by the shop early tomorrow. If I can't send them through here, please PM me a form of communication so I can send them promptly.

Some people should have just been aborted before having the chance to grow into assholes.

You know this only applies to some custom parts. Since we have the same car, I can still make a lot of custom parts from a distance (fitted to my car etc) and ship them. I have done it for other guy's cars. Let me know what you might want and we can see if it will work out.

Actually I don't have a Celica anymore. I went sedan on my next car. I was looking more into a front lip for my current car. Heck, no rear strut bars have been designed for my car at the moment!

Oh, I see. What's the new car then?

You're still gonna miss the Celica I bet though.

2016 Accord. It's easy to work on and I've been adjusting the tune to accept all of my modifications.

I miss the small size and light weight of the Celica. However, my Accord will blow my old Celica out of the water in every department, except for size.
