Help Needed

Hello guys and gals
i ve recently uncovered my rear high intensity brake light but it ain t working can anyone plz tell me what fuse it could be blown or removed my car is a gts gen 7 celica 2000 190bhp
as far as i can see its wired in ok
is there access to change the bulb anywhere mayb that has blown
i would look in the manual but i don t have one
any help would be most helpful
