best bet would prob get a lot of paint remover and just pour it on the calipers and cycle it. The paint start coming off so just wipe it off. however, after alot of reusing of the remover, watch out for the paint floating in the remover itself. basically if its left on a surface, it'll paint that color on it.

At your local home deppot you can find paint remover that comes in a spray can. It takes around 30-40 mins to strip it from metal.
