there were only 2 celicas in the philly region me and another guy w/ a GT whos good btw. Now he's the only one cause i drive my mr2.

Gee I must be invisible or in a parallel universe or something.....I rarely miss NNJR events, and have been at e-town the last three weekends in a row.

GTS LAID, you have a black GTS? Did you show up about mid-day to watch last Saturday? And parked on the other side of a motorhome? That was me, with the white Celica parked on the other side. Though at about that time I was dealing with a grumpy wife, cranky kids and a spazzy dog, all at the same time. The things to go through to have some fun.

I typically run Pro class.

We've had as many as 3 GTS cars, with 5 drivers at an event in NE-Ohio but we have yet to see a GT as any events around here.

I think this is the best one of me we have so far:

sorry for the huge pic...

this was last weekend out at our new road course... no more SoloII for me!

EDIT: running on 225/50-16 Toyo Proxes RA-1, shaved to 4/32nds. porterfield r4s pads (for now, then moving to Hawk, then EBC, then ?), Brake Man fluid, SS lines, Sabelt 5-point camlocks (3"), custom harness bar/camera mount.

Scott, Scott Wilson and his wife run that car. I haven't talked to him lately, his wife and him split and I think she is taking the car.

They both helped me get started and are very nice to me.

Because I am a dumbass, Mark or Scott, transfer that pic of me on racerpix.com in STS class. That Toledo race at Bax Global was the 1997 National course and was the best race for me even though I took 3rd. It was so much fun! There were 170plus cars and a gazillion in STS.
