Drop in filter (trd) and brake question...

Hi,

I know a CAI will produce a lot more HP, but I am so afraid that my engin could drink some water...
I would like to know if the drop in filter, will be better than the OEM one? Can I inspect to gain some power? Does the filtration is as good as the OEM one?

I dont like the brake on my 2000 GT, does slotted or cross-drilled will derease my stoping distance (at +120 mph) or it is only for show...

Thank you

the drop in filter is alright. it problay gains somethign but not much. i had it myself and also took out the butterfly valve and it got a bit louder after 3k rpm, but that could be due to the butteryfly.

in my opinon, it's not worth the 50 bucks. you can always get a short ram, which is currently what i have on my car right now. your car wont hydrolock if you drive carfully and not smash into big big puddles.

hope that helps.
