Internals For Nitrous?
What kind of internal work would it take to run 100 shots on a GTS safley? I'm mostly thinking of the MWR sleeves with High compression pistons kinda stuff. And what else would be required? Datalogic, Pfc etc.
So yeah my main question is what internals would need to be upgraded to spray larger amounts in general and what is required with that. Thanks,
Brian.

I would love to see someone do all that stuff for spraying large.
How about sleeves, stock compression forged pistons, return line, bigger fuel rail and injectors, fuel pump, fuel management, sparks, among other things.
That should handle a 125 or 150 shot with no problem.
So, who's gonna do it?

So what i would think,
Medium spraying
-Stroker Kit, High compression pistons, Stronger Crank
Serious spraying-same as above with strengthened tranny, larger fuel rail, PFC and Datalogic tuned for spraying, Ignition system etc.
I mean these turbo guys gotta do mostly all of that. I'd like some serious shots goin on, only thing limitin us is engine strength, somethin that MWR can help us with

i dont think the high comp. pistons would go good along w/ spray, you might blow your motor. and when you spray make sure your timing is retarded (not alot) to get a stronger spark and better combustion.

With a rpm based controller, you can run 150 shot on stock internals.

When your spraying with out a rpm controller, the same amount of nitrous flows throughout the rpm range. Therefore the chambers sees half the amount of nitrous at 6k than it does at 3k. So let's say your getting a 40 pound increase of torque at 3k, then when you get to 6k you will be down to about a 20 pound increase. To fix this problem they make controllers that work off of your rpm.
So with a rpm controller you could run a 55 shot at 3k and run up to 150 at 8k, and still have constant torque increase. A good rpm controller is about $500 or more, but is can give you bigger power gains much safer.
