which non stock bumpers have the best ground clearence?

I had a blitz bumper but I keep bottoming out and as a result I've ruined my fenders (fiberglass F1 fenders). so with that a whole series of problems accured, ending with a crack that took the side off of the bumper. now I just ordered z3 fenders also fiberglass but I still need to get a new bumper or whole kit that will have the clearance so I wont bottom out. Philly roads have too many potholes and sinks in them. what's a good one that will suit my needs? I'm open to any suggestions. I don't really like the buddy club style though.
