for a first system, you picked some good components and subs. What is the plan with the 2 8"s and the 1 10". Custom box?
since you have so many details, you should start your own celica blog. If I had taken careful notes when I started modding on my car, I would have one huge blog for others to take advantage of. Its just a thought.
Good luck w/ your project. You should probably put some performance stuff on next, before this post gets moved to Audio/Electrical...lol

since you have a gts it has to use premium gas..so im not sure if they provide it or you have to boost it up..but make sure you dont use low grade bc you'll ruin your engine and it would suck to lose a car thats rare in your country.

I made a costum box for the two 8"s and the 10" but Im not gonna have them all playing at the same time !!! I'm fitting a switch so I can pick between the two 8"s or the 10". I can still play them all (If I want to)
do u work for kinway motorsport ?? Coz I think I wanna go for the C-One clutch Kit with the Flywheel ... I already e-mailed some one but I would like to know if this cluch kit is any good ???

ok ... yasterday , they made the box for the subs ...
Then we made wholes in the front and the back!! The front is where the speakers are going to sit. The back ones are basically windows, you would be able to see inside the box from the back!!
We are going to have neon lights in side the box

No, i dont work for ken(Kinway motorsport). I just help him advertise because he has taken care of me in the past.
C-one clutch kit is pricey. But I haven't ever heard anything bad about c-one and they make a lot of parts. Most people around here prefer the Southbend or RPS clutch and Fidanza flywheel. Since you are overseas, it might end up being easier on you if you just bought thru Kinway, or some other overseas company.
Choosing a good clutch will come from you making a good plan for your car and picking a clutch based on that plan. Now that most of the good parts are out, or coming soon for the celi more people can actually stick to their plans rather than making constant revisions to "the big picture"

I am getting two tsunami Caps 2.0 farad but can't afford putting any more money into the sound system now .. will get them soon tho .. I already got space made for them

they are using 18 mm MDF for the box, 16 mm for the flooring. 10 mm in other places ... the thing is really heavy I think :-(

MDF sucks up water based paints like nobodys buisiness - use an oil based primer first and then try again.

I have been looking into the clutch flaywheel combo from southbend. I phoned and they siad they will let me know how much it would cost for the shipping.
but I got the prices for the Hass and the C2Power turbo kits ...
Hass : ~ 4400 US Dollars (with shipping)
C2Power : ~ 3600 US Dollars (with shipping)
I know that you get the Hass kit with the following :
Garrett GT28RS Dual BB Turbo, Turbo Manifold, Downpipe, High Flow Cat, Exhaust, 380cc Factory Style Pencil Injectors, Turbo Coolant Feed/Return Line and Fittings, Turbo Oil Feed/Return Line and Fittings, 2"-2.5" Intercooler Piping, Air to Air Intercooler, Couplers and Reducers, T-Bolt Clamps, Blow Off Valve, Air Filter and MAF, Vacuum Line and Fittings, VDO Boost Gauge, Greddy E-Manag, Various Fasteners, Install Items Etc
and the c2 power with the following :
Garrett GT28RS dual ball bearing turbo preset at 0.4 bar, medium sized intercooler, greddy emanage, harness, with preloaded map, polished stainless steel piping, tubular manifold ,hoses, water and oil lines to turbo and out
gaskets, oil line flange, Sard racing R2D2 Blow off valve and fitting (BOV), Apexi power intake and adapter
still learning about bouth kits and would like to know if I should look into other kit or other foced induction like S/C or even nitros !!!
thanxx

don't really have alot of money ... but I have been saving up for a while for the sound system ... and I will do the same with the turbo kit. but I think I would need to save up for a year :-p and maybe get a loan !!!
for now I wil keep on adding a part at a time ... I don't care if this turned out into a 2 - 3 year project ... as long as I'm hav'n fun and I'm doing it right.
as I said before I will be changging the clutch and flywheel, then the brake rotors and pads then save up for the turbo kit ... I

Its hard to say the Hydra is relatively new but has produced great results on many other cars. the Power FC is proven over time and less expensive, but has less options you might want if you plan on drag racing.

another thing is would it be a good idea to get :
- New fly wheel bolts (stock)
- New Release bearing (stock)
- Direct Clutch Line (TRD)
and what is a push rod ? and why some ppl get extended push rod ?

RPS is a good combo as well, I'd put them up at the top of the list with Southbend.
Get the ARP flywheel bolts, its not a good idea to reuse the stock ones(if they would even go back in)
Always change throwout bearing while your in there, and the clutch line helps your pedal feel not to be so spoungey. The clutch line is debateable whether it actually helps or is a purely aesthetic mod.
Extended pushrods are used when your clutch is having trouble fully disengaging. It adds that little extra bit which helps the disengagement process. This is about all i know about them tho, so maybe someone can step in and provide more details here

I would go with new stock Toyota bolts. No-one I am aware of at any power level has ever had a problem if they used NEW stock bolts with their flywheel install.

finaly talked to Andy from southbend ... he advised me to get the following:
SS Street Series, TZ Series at $425
Fidinza flywheel at $310
so all togather should come up $735 then add another $100 for shipping.
I like this more than RPS, as it should cost me $200 less
BUT ...
is the RPS flywheel better than the fidinza ???

Flywheels are flywheels, there are only 2 things you have to consider. You have to decide if you want an aluminum or chromoly flywheel. Aluminum is going to be lighter, meaning better acceleration, but the Chromoly will be alot more durable and can be resurfaced in the future.
I chose the fidanza, weighs 7.5lbs. I believe the RPS flywheel weighs 9.5lbs. You might want to check on that though.

I believe Fidanza is the only brand that offers that solution, which is why I went with Fidanza. Other aluminum flywheels have to be replaced.
