Couple of Issues

Hey all, I have 3 things I would like to get fixed:

1: Driver headlight. Why does it blink? At night when Im driving people think Im crazy. My driver light winks on and off when Im driving. Not so noticiable durring daytime to me, obviously. How do I fix?

2: Why does fourth gear give me that cringe/gear grinding effect? When I shift into 4th, it must be very gentle and smooth otherwise it rattles your hand and you make a stupid ugh face! Whats up?

3: Is there anyway to turn off my daytime running lights so I can be in full control of my headlights? Sometimes, at night...when Im parking, I would love to just turn them off without turning off my car!

Please help? Thanks sooooo Much!!!

1: Remove the plug behind the bulb and check for signs of shorts (burnt plastic and electrodes) or looseness.

2: Probably a bad 3rd/4th gear synchro (previous owners fault maybe). Part is cheap, but labor is $$$$$

3: Do a search for "disable DRL/automatic headlights" or something in that order, there are a couple of threads lying around that cover the subject.

Thank you very much. Oddly enough I discovered the syncro update in the forum not long after posting this. What is the cost on this part? and can the labor be done at home?

I don't remember but I think it was in the order of $150 for the synchro. Don't even attempt to do it at home if you don't understand the innards of a gearbox, there's lots of potential to mess up.
