CEL(ica) problems

To start off I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GT, and I have a CEL on. At first I thought it was because of my Injen SRI throwing the code, so I took it out and replaced it with the stock air box. It goes off for a little while then comes back on. When I'm at a stop light and start to accelerate, it's like the car sputters and takes off REALLY SLOW. It will get up to about 3,500 rpm and then it will kick in. Also, when I start the car, it will turn over, but as soon as it turns over, it will idle really rough and the car will shake, but after about two seconds it will run normally. I've had the ignition coils replaced which helped with the starting part and the driving part a little. I've had my MAF checked, I was told I need a new one soon. After the coils were replaced, the CEL was cleared but came back on again. Now I'm being told it's the intake manifold gasket. The codes that its throwing are: P1071,
P0300, and P0303. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean the MAF and push the intake close inside the throttle body as possible. This will ensure a strong vacuum in order to give a proper reading. Most people do what's called a blue bomber mod, but it truly is unnecessary. If you insert it as far in as possible, without hitting the throttle plate, then it'll clear up.

After you do this, reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes.

If all this fails, then replace parts...and consider the Blue Bomber Mod. But like I said, it's unnecessary.

If you'd like to increase your vacuum more, try seafoaming the intake, and desludge your engine using Auto-Rx. I'm doing the Auto-Rx and it works wonders. It's made my vaccum go up. I'm sure 2way would recommend something like that too. If you're still a little unsure, go to "Bob Is The Oil Guy" website and see. Good Luck!
