suspension setup questions

I have an '02 celica and I'm going to be upgrading the suspension a little bit. So far my parts list is:

1. Tein basic coilovers
2. TRD sway bars
3. TRD rear strut tower bar
4. APR front strut tower bar

my questions are: Is this overkill for the suspension? Are these good parts to buy? should I buy any more parts than these?

any helpful feedback would be much appreciated.

No it is not overkill.

Yes those are good parts.

Most likely not, but if your drop is more than 2 in you might need a camber kit.

Where in Cali are you from?

I'm from the san francisco bay area. more specifically the east bay.

BTW, do I need to replace my car's shocks if I get those tein coilovers?

No tein coilovers are a full spring/strut kit. Just take out the stock strut and spring, and change it out with the coilovers.

Come kit it with us in Norcal.
