Rubber Piece That Window Slides Into

Has anyone removed this piece before? Im not talking about the sail panel, but the rubber piece if you look straight down on this part:


How hard is it to replace?

Satoshi doesnt cover removing the rubber tho. The last picture is this:

And that shows the rubber still on.

i'm pretty sure its attached to the outer mold trim, which means you probably gotta take it loose to get the part you want free as well.
