sticky gears
This is my first manual transmission car (and my second car) so please forgive me if my question is stupid.

Anyways, all of my gears are feeling sticky. There's a lot of friction when I move the shifter through the neutral area. This only happens when the car is moving, though. It shifts fine when the car isn't moving.

What's causing this? What can I do about this?
