1990 Honda / Acura NSX

I like the Esprit more, even though I know the NSX has held up a lot better design wise and mechanically over time.

Can't go wrong with either car.

Interesting read though!

If it was a '97 NSX-T I would take it over the Esprit.

The Esprit easily sees 350+ whp with some tweaks.

the Turbo SE with Lotus's aftermarket suspension upgrades is pure sex.

I'm currently researching for the $20-$30,000 supercar market - I've got it narrowed down to NSX, Esprit S4s, 308/328, 993 Carrera and 930 Turbo.

LS1 actually weighs a hell of a lot less. He's got an electric water pump with a front mounted radiator as well.

That car looks like a plastic toy and sounds like a vacuum cleaner.

bye bye motor.

chop the top - seriously.

I think he took 2 inches off

custom fiberglass intake ducts

full cage

water pump setup

final goal is 2000 lbs dry, 500 whp.

All we did was help pull the motor, the rest has been all his custom work with the help of specialists here and there.

I want to see a pic of this.
Edit: I should say I’m more curious if he is building something custom or buying a kit?
