It's about $50, but it's been discontinued.

Ya the only places I could find it was:

http://www.speedyperformanceparts.co...ut-bars_z.html
http://www.replacementautoparts.com/...ut-bars_z.html
http://www.performancepartswholesale...ace~parts.html
(These are all the same company) tried to order from here for $52.13. After sitting on it for a week they told me they did not have it in stock and that they didn't know when or if they would be getting it in again. They then refunded my money.

So then I tried:
http://shop.autoi.com/osb/showitem.c...=3&startrow=61
Once again after they sat on it for week I called requesting status and they told me that APC had discontinued that model.

I just called Autoi again to confirm it and a custumer rep. told me that APC is actually discontinuing ALOT of their products.

Still waiting on my refund from Autoi

Your best bet is to try to find one used like I did.

If one of their good products has to bite it to get rid of a lot of their crappy products, then so be it.

I think there is a problem with that bar going over the batter and touching it. Maybe that is why it was discontinued. A friend of mine who it looks like he had an APC stru on his GT-S used electrical tape to wrap the area which touched the battery

The only time that would happen is during installation, and even then, if you had the red cap over the positive terminal, nothing would happen. As long as the battery tie down was in place, nothing would happen when the bar was installed, either.
