Pics of trunk setups here!

-Read this BEFORE posting in this thread.

It seems like very often there are threads posted requesting pictures of everyone's trunk setups.. and I think people get tired of posting and reposting their pics again and again. So, i created this thread with the sole purpose of showing off your trunk. So, go ahead and let's see those boxes

Please be aware that the purpose of this thread is solely to display pics of setups.. so please use this thread ONLY to post pics of your setup.. NOT TO FACILITATE DISCUSSION. If ya do, I'm just going to go ahead and delete it.

TURN OFF your sigs in this thread. If you do not turn off your sig in your post, I will DELETE the post.

Sorry, but I have edited 90 percent of the posts in this thread from people who neglected to do this simple task and I'm not going to do it anymore This helps out the 56k users and keeps the thread much cleaner. Thank you.

If you have specific questions regarding someone's setup on here, please PM them or e-mail them.

Thanks

-Need4Spd-

EDIT:

THIS IS STRICTLY A PICTURE THREAD. COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS SHALL BE DELETED!
To make comments or asks questions regarding a setup, please post a new thread in the Forum or PM the owner.

Please upload your pics to your NC.org gallery. Folks tend to delete photobucket. imageshack, et al files or delete their accounts there.

nice and neat

Just two 10"s, amp in the middle, black lights coming soon.

I still have all my trunk space and the box is flush with the rear seats.

simple design also keeping performance in mind by staying light as possible in the rear of the car. i am very impressed with the custom trunk setups here but they look seriously heavy.

Just installed my system. Best of all, I have pics! It's all Pioneer, and I bought the Euro Single DIN from eBay. Apparently he is on this forum, but I am unsure of his name. He's an awesome dealer though. Whoever reads this post and knows who he is, shoot me a PM so I can give him credit. Anyway; here are the pics.

This is of the Single DIN, fits perfectly. Will be painting the whole middle pieces soon so everything matches. It's still awesome though.

Side shot of what's under the hatch!

And finally just a shot straight from the back. You can see the head unit and everything.

Now how about some suggestions on hiding the wires leading from my amp? I still need to do the sound deadening too. But that project can wait until summer. Tell me what you all think!

Thought I'd post my setup. I basically bought the car this way except, I had to install the subs and the black RF amp. It's got a Kenwood in dash and screens in the back of the driver and passenger seats. It's also got another Sony deck below the in-dash DVD that comes with wireless earphones. It came with Boston Acoustic door and rear speakers. It's kinda ghetto-fabulous and I want a new setup. Nothing special, It's all gutted right now though.

a few pics of mine. i have to give credit to dan (hombredelassrtas) cuz he inspired me to do this setup style from his old design. however, i added a few of my own details

supplies

under construction

wrapped in black vinyl

almost done

added finishing touches (3" sub ports and some lighting that dances to the music... unst unst unst! )

at night lit up

i need to find a way to make the neon tubes no so visible. thats one of my next DIY fix-it projects

Just finished my install today. Definately want to upgrade to a different box soon, but this is what I had already bought for one of my other cars before i decided against putting a sub in it.

Some amazing set ups in here. Makes mine feel more humble but it's perfect for what I wanted.

Adding my photos from another thread to the collection...

My phone sucks so they are bad quality. I had all the work performed by Soundwerks in Scottsdale, AZ. They are top quality and Don, the owner, is really awesome.

We decided to use the right side of the trunk for several reasons. First, there is actually more space on the right. Second, the left side has the access panel for the jack in the event of a flat tire, as well as the other tools under the rug. I'm wanted an efficient set up.

The only problem is the light is on the right side. Well, problem solved:

Note, they used the replaceable panel to house the lamp in case I want to move it back I only need to buy a new panel.

This is the amp. I was impressed with the custom molding for it.

The woofer! Very flush.

And everything.

I probably could have taken off my cargo net, but I'm too lazy.

I have already posted in this thread but that setup has since been stolen and replaced. I just couldn't bring my self to doing another fiberglass box. Here's a couple pics and the details.

Alpine 300 watt 4 channel
Alpine 500 watt mono
Alpine 6.5 Type-R coaxials in the rear
Alpine 6.5 Type-R components up front
Alpine 2 ohm 10" Type R sub
Line level controller for the sub

Still rocking the OE headunit, trying to prevent this one drone being stolen. I might get a t1809 from a scion.
