2002 Celica - heater only blows at highest speed

Anyone familiar with this problem? Anyone has an electric diagram? I'm hoping it's just a switch, as the blower selector also is hard to turn, so I was looking at replacing the whole HVAC control panel.

You need a blower motor resistor, which is on the bottom of the blower motor. That is, if your switch isn't bad.

This. The resistor is bypassed on the highest setting, which is why it only works there.

As for why it's hard to turn, I dunno but it's worth taking apart the center console to take a look. It's very easy to access - four screws and two wiring clips.

Autozone lists the resistor for $70. If I buy this(http://www.ebay.com/itm/00-01-02-TOY...8cd5b2&vxp=mtr), would resistor come with it? Same price, and it might fix my other issue too.

I believe the resistor attaches directly to the fan blower motor, so what you listed above would not come with the resistor. Check volume 2 of the factory service manual for more info: https://newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=239727
