In Need of Second Opinions
So I just recently did a lot of suspension overhaul on my 2000 Toyota Celica. I changed the struts, added lowering springs, bushings and bearings. I had heard a squeaking noise prior to the replacing of my rear sway bar(the darn thing snapped before the new one arrived). I installed the new sway bar and still heard a slight squeaking noise. I took it to a mechanic friend and he told me that perhaps the noise can be attributed to lowering the car. Something along the lines of added stress on the actual suspension frame. Does anyone have any ideas if this could be true or not?
