its a straight swap. You will need a few things, for example transmission mount. The mid pipe exhaust forward from the cat to the intake manifold as it is wider for about 6 inches. You will have to drill the opening to the clutch. there is a few threads on here you can figure out what you need, but its not all laid out step by step.. There is a few things to figure out, but other than that, pretty much straight forward... I'm doing this as well...
