Hey guys! I'm new here and I'm looking for a Celica 7th gen anything but 2000-2002 GT. This is the first GT-S I've found for a somewhat decent price.

I don't know the average price of a car like that where you live, but where I do this is not worth it. I mean, at 280k kilometers, I wouldn't even consider it. There's a few below 100k kms (60 miles) for ~5000$

I'd look further.

dealerships are always over priced, i drove over 4 hours to buy my gts, look around a bit more, that car isn't worth more than 3-3500 lol
