2000 Z28 vs S/C civic??

If its a Jackson Racing S/C on a STOCK DX civic engine..................Then he would be putting down a WHOPPING 130-145 hp...........

What year is this Civic? Also if he has a Swap and a S/C ontop of that that you might have some trouble, But the Stock DX engine puts out about 90hp to the wheels :d

Get a garbarge truck and ram into a civic at about 100 mph. 12's for sure :thumbup: :gap:

CIVIC DX. Is that with a swap and S/C? One of the guys on my team has a 2.2 swapped in his CX hatch. Now he could say, let's race, I have a Civic CX. He's running full interior and still laying down cars. I have vid of him laying down an LS1. Hell he's taken the T/A on our team at the strip. Best part about racing imports is when people underestimate you.

Race him and find out, if push comes to shove you can always opt for the 150 shot of NOS in that 350 of yours.

well from one of my earlier posts it seems that alot of people on this board underestimate the domestics.... including ones that sit there and beat the freakin ground with heads and cam.

So let me get this straight. You're trying to race a Honda Civic DX with an LS1 Z28? Hahahah... You might want to step up to more potent competition. Something a little higher up on the food chain maybe. Like a Geo Storm, Hyundai Tiburon, Saturn SC, or maybe even a V6 Mustang. A Honda Civic is just about the lowest down on the ladder that you can get. And if you consider that worthy competition for you, maybe you should try using the other 5 gears in your tranny
