I was driving down the road and the vvti kicked in at 6k then my check engine light hit and my vvti doesnt kick on anymore and I have 3 check engine codes one is p0100 the other is p0155 and the last one is p0110 I allready replaced the mass airflow but I did not fix it but when I unplug the wires and plug them back in the code goes away until I hit 6k again

The early GT-S from 00 to 02 had breaking lift bolt issues, so yeah that is probably it... or at least part of the issue. If you get new lift bolts be sure to get the upgraded 03+ type since Toyota redesigned them.

i'd remove the solenoid on the side of the motor with the battery and check the little screen to see if it's clogged up with gunk or at least the hole that the filter sits in. If it's clogged up then you won't get a lift engagement. Also if your car is still running the pre-2003 lift bolts there's a massive chance the intake side bolt is broken.
