Mercedes-Benz Freshens Up Viano MPV
Both models receive a mild nip and tuck with newly styled headlamps, grille and bumper design up front, and new tail lamps and tail gate window at the back.

Mercedes-Benz has not released any pictures of the interiors yet, but the automaker said that both models benefit from a series of upgraded ranging from new colors and trim materials to redesigned control buttons and a four-spoke multi-function steering wheel (depending on the model).

In addition, the Viano MPV gets individual LED reading lamps as well as fibre optic units and new optional extras such as the Rear Seat Entertainment system.

Mechanical upgrades on both variants include a redesigned suspension and the introduction of a new, standard six-speed transmission on all four-cylinder diesel engines.

MB Viano Brabus iBusiness 3D

Mercedes-Benz Viano Brabus iBusiness 3D
By Brett Davis | March 11th, 2011

Surely this is the ultimate MPV going around? It’s the Brabus iBusiness 3D Mercedes-Benz Viano and it features everything you’d expect in a modern luxury office. Take a look inside and you’ll see what we mean.

The Brabus iBusiness treatment is basically a comprehensive smattering of LCD screens, iPads, touch-screen interfaces and luxurious upholstery. In this case, there’s a huge 40-inch Sony Bravia LED TV screen placed on the back wall inside the van. This can be home to various inputs from Playstation 3 to displaying 3D movies. The large centre screen can also display MacMini information which includes the internet through UMTS, HSDP and wireless connectivity.

Other business class features include two electronically adjustable armchairs that are wrapped in soft Bordeaux-red and grey leather. These can be adjusted to a full recline position for sleeping or an upright position for those serious tongue-clenching Playstation moments. The chairs also feature their own stowaway tray tables, iPads and leg rests and share the MacMini touch-screen interface.

Brabus is normally only ever associated with high-powered V8 and V12 Mercedes-Benz tuning, and with the Brabus iBusiness Viano, it’s no different. You didn’t seriously think Brabus would leave the standard diesel engine alone did you? In any case, the company has installed a 6.1-litre V8 producing 313kW of power and 621Nm of torque. Brabus says it’ll help the van do 0-100km/h in 5.9 seconds and reach a limited top speed of 250km/h. (The company will do a 3.0-litre, 3.5-litre and 4.0-litre diesel engine as well if you prefer.)

The Brabus iBusiness is officially (according to CarAdvice staff) the coolest van on the world. Feel free to browse through the images below to see why.
Lots more pics!

What a crazy interior. I would probably get car sick though trying to do anything in a moving van.
