The 7th gen gets good gas mileage... but requires expensive high octane gas (91+), partly due to the fact that the engine was cross engineered with Yamaha, and bike engines require higher octane gas. Lower octane gas will cause knocking in a 7th gen.
Don't worry, the guys are just jerkin you about cancelling the meet.

Very pleasant meet. It was good to see all you guys again. Had a great time poking fun at Gio, JT, Kel, Brandon, Kang etc. (of course no true offense intended to any), learning about new insect & foil mods from Truc & Melvin, getting new ideas for 8 foot + lip & splitter extensions from Kel, and entertaining Gio and his girl til they broke their smiles. :naughty:
