I'm surprised they still haven't boosted it and don't plan on boosting it.

Back in 05 people were pushing the stock motor to 19 psi.

It is a heavily over-engineered car.

That said, I do enjoy a naturally aspirated powerband.

Good deal if they can keep the car stiff and not to noisy at that 2700lb curb weight. I guess its gonna be Celica sized then.

If they make it SMALLER, I'm in.

I am tired of crappy oversize cars.
:werd: and if they don't make it ugly. I like the RX-8 for the most part...but it's looks could definitely be improved. I still love the old RX-7's looks :hitit:

oh yea?? didn't you buy the new WRX???
Relevance?

Also, your statement assumes that someone cannot buy a car that has an attribute that you find unappealing and not still enjoy the car. Maybe there are other factors that he/she likes about that particular car that outweigh the negatives.

Did I order crap with my salad? No? Then why did you appear??

Every single topic you write on is to complaint about what other person says. I cannot believe that you have not been banned yet.
Could you contribute with something other than your stupid opinion?

I do not like over sized cars, and I think it is a shame that every new model is bigger and heavier than the previous one. And I think that cars like the new evo would have impacted everybody if it was kept like that but shortening a couple of inches from every angle.

That would have made it lighter, faster, and easier to control... but it would have been less appealing to a more standard public even though the styling looks great.

Why did I buy the WRX then? Because I needed SUV space without buying a boring SUV, so the WRX fitted perfectly.

A sports hatch with SUV space, real AWD (instead of a FWD-MS3), turbo charged, fun to drive, kind of strong suspension to carry the loads, manual transmission, and good looking style that calls nobody's attention and makes you look more mature towards your clients (not like driving an old EG)

But If I look for a more pure sports car like a S2000, ZX, RX7, etc... I do not want it to be over sized or too heavy.

The RX7 was famous (in part) for being light and having a low center of gravity. If they make it heavy as a 370Z or an Infinity it will loose its appeal.

I know you are happy with your rice rocket, and that if something isn't boosted it has no value to you. But in the real world, people look for a more complete package.
That's why, since your comments are of a very little value by themselves, if you tried to keep them to a minimum, or focus them on the right track which is the topic at hand it would make you less of a troll.

Sorry Motor, Im just trying to make my point about the lightweight of the RX7 go through somebody's skull...

x2

The hatch changeover really did make the new WRX and STI look way more user friendly for an everyday car.

Plus who knew Subaru would make the next year's base WRX have 265 hp (you got the one before it...right?).

In any case...if any one of us ends up popping out a bunch of kids within our lifetimes...owning a minvan isn't out of the question (although I'd rather drive around a hearse). We can all have our reasons for purchasing a car.

I like how Mazda goes back to relaunch the Seven, while continuing the Eight as the RX-9.
I honestly was not impressed with the Eight.

I should have been more clear. I meant how is this relevant to the discussion about the RX-7 in the articles posted my Motor. I don't think they mentioned KAT_Ayanami's car in there anywhere.

More leaf motives. :chuckles: I guess that's the new styling theme overall in Japan, lots of flow lines.

rx-8, Madza3 and now the new mazda 3 have huge "smiles".

Now this one is the "happier retarded cousin"???????
