It's a 1993 Mazda RX7 with Celcia headlight conversion. The owner, Narris Ramkissoon, is a member of a different Florida car club called teameci.

I know that a lot of people on this site really hate conversions of any kind, and they will probably hate this car for that I reason. I am personally OK with conversions, so I don't dislike the car for that reason, but I do dislike it for this reason...

IMHO that spoiler is a joke. If the owner took that park bench off the back of their car, I would think it was pretty cool...
