just wondering..... when i bought my new amp, it came with the colored wire harness to hook up the inputs from the deck. is there any advantage to wiring it this way as opposed to using the RCA inputs??? or is there just no difference??
RCA is much better than using the speaker wires for input. If you can, use the RCA's. The speaker wires are usually amplified and have some noise, and the amp has to cut the signal down, loosing some sound.
ok thanks. i was just wondering because i have 2 amps and none of them have outputs, so i had to split the RCA signal with y adapters to get it to both of them. just wanted to know if that was a good solution for having to do that.... guess not.
