I'm getting the Tein Basics and want adjust the height to the lowest setting. What else is needed in order to have this safe?

Only other things you'd need are Hotchkis Rear Camber Links so you can get a proper rear alignment. You could get some Hypermotive rear adjustable endlinks, as well (Teins only come with front adjustable endlinks), if you want the best performance, but they're not absolutely necessary.
