anybody ever try this?

i know it's probably a dumb idea, but has anybody ever tried putting a 4 wheel drive tranny fron an All Track onto a zz engine in our generation celica? i know that it would involve a lot of customization w/ the suspension and the drive shaft and rear end, and countless other things, but has it ever been attempted?
