When you have problems with dropped calls, call the provider so they can have someone go out and check the area you are having trouble with. If you are sure its not your handset giving you problems, most times it could just be a faulty cell site. Many of these problems never get fixed because no one complains or calls it in.

We've found that the Nokia phones tend to have the best reception in Hawaii. Motorolla has one of the clearest but I think that it's because of Nextels bandwidth. I'll still get a cingular or tmo in a few months.

As far as the site having problems, that is absolutely true. It could also be the phone. Seems that some brands just don't work well here.
