Hey all,

I've got custom king spring lowering about 1 or 1.5" on stock 15" wheels. I'm looking at a lower drop and better handling spring because current spring isn't low enough and very bad for handling.

In australia, we have legal limit of 100mm ground clearance from lowest part of the car (not including suspension parts). I want as close to 100mm off the ground as possible.

Was thinking of hotchikis but it might not be low enough. Current spring still have a 2 finger gap between wheel and body. Yes i'm getting new shocks as well so i don't mind a very low drop.

Thanks.

Oh yeh, i don't want coilovers.

How's skunk2, tanabe df210, eibach sportline, hotchikis and goldline compare for handling and looks? Leaning towards skunk2 for really low drop but hotchikis for handling.

Personally, I think the Hotchkis springs are the best springs I have eer had on any of my cars. So, that is my vote. I had them on my celica for like a year and now I wish I had never sold them. Good luck in your hunt man.
