I recently bought a used AEM CAI from a member of the forum without the mount or ECU adapters. I dont think the mount is anything that i couldn't mock up but the ecu adapters are a different story. Anyone know where i could get my hands on these bits or if there is a way to jerry rig something that will work.

by ECU adapter do you mean the hose the goes from the fan to the ecu? I have a AEM cai and im pretty sure its just a basic rubber hose.

^ If that's what your talking about i wouldn't even worry about it, just remove the hose, you'll be fine.

remove the ecu cooling hose you dont need it its just in the way of the intake lol.

Alright thanks guys. I was never able to find a good picture of it in the install guide so I wasn't completely sure what they were talking about.

No need to mess with the ECU tube with an AEM CAI. Only Injen requires cutting it.

I didnt even bother removing the oem ECU tubes cause the AEM cai wasn't touching it. I got a GTS so I don't know if its the same for a GT.

The tube didn't want to fit when I installed mine but I didn't even undo the whole bumper when I installed mine so I was working with a pretty tight space. really the ecu will be fine without the tube anyways

I got it all on now anyways didn't even make a mount and the ecu tube thingy fit just fine but apparently i didn't get the Under plastics back on good enough as they just fell off again.
