Just wondering if anyone know what could be wrong. My brakes squeak alot now, especially when in reverse. Theres also alot of grinding noise. I checked my rotors and pads... everything seems to be fine. The pads and rotors are about half a year old. I'm thinking it could be the rust on the rotors or something wrong with my drums. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

If it seems to squeal more in reverse I would think it's an indication that something with the rear drums rather than the front discs. My two cents.

Mine does it as well, but only in reverse. It's especially worse during cold weather. I've been meaning to work on it, but since it's only when i reverse, I haven't put it as a high priority. Blowing out the dust with an air compressor temporarily gets rid of the noise, but it comes back pretty quickly
