My friend has Silverstars, and the only difference I could see was the color of the beam. Still the same brightness as stock. Sylvania even listed the specs of the Silverstars, and they're no brighter than their normal bulbs.

Same here, till my PIAAs burned out after 6 months. I'm just gonna get yellow capsules for my stock fog bulbs, since they do the same thing the PIAA bulbs do (filter the light), but won't burn out. :
