[TRD_GTS_R]

Woke up today w/ by drivers side window bashed in and the rear drivers glass shattered. Nothing was taken from the car, but I can't find an auto glass place open today. Anyone have this happen to them or have any idea of how much it will cost to replace?

that hella sucks. haters suck. they need to die. my friend's civic got pumpkined, shattering the front windshield.

my car got jacked too but not that bad. my friend came over and i helped him install his indiglo guauges, so i parked his car in my garage, leaving mine outside. i went inside and closed the garage for 30 minutes, came back outside, and my house, my celica, my sisters civic, my dad's camry were all egged. this was around 6pm. the gay thing was that the window did not create a good seal with the door (maybe i didnt close the door hard enought). so the egg leaked inside, and down into the window cracks. i hella rinsed the inside out, so i hope no damage happened to the power window ****. car hella stinks now.

sorry i dont know how much it is to replace the windows. but still that sucks ass. find out who did it and shatter their head(s) in like they did you windows. it is only fair

i dont know what insureance you have, but my insureance replaces windows free. i had my crx windshield cracked, they fixed it no prob, had my stereo jack'd fix the window and replaced the stereo, no prob. just tell you provider and they may cover ya.

damn, I hate haters. I don't understand why people have to go and do that to other people. My friends neon r/t has been key'd not once, not twice but three times. Luckily he hasn't repainted it, but he lives in a ghetto area. He's not even a prick or anything to cause it, it's just a has/has not area. He's getting a surveilence camera and gonna copy the tape and send it to all the people around him who have had their car key'd. Then they get to hate on the people who did all this. Sux for him, but windows aren't that much to replace I don't think. Cheaper than some stuff. Either way, call ur insurance agency and ask em if ur premium will go up.

daym vandals.... seriously..... sucks. some insurance companies are rough on this, some arent.. just hope ur company isnt one of those cheapo ones. it'll be okay... glass aint that bad... or u can take it to the dealer and see if they can replace under warrantee.. to answer ur question, our minivan got a broken glass, cost about 300-400 dollars to replace.. we used duct tape and cardboard for a week until my parents finally took it to the dealer... dunno if u can drive with cardboard blocking ur rear view tho....

Be prepared to pay $360+ for a new window with labor. Insurance is a good shot at covering it. Sometimes they will waive the deductible. Depends on the policy and how good the provider is.

Saturday somebody did a drive by with a BB gun on my rear passenger glass at the illegals... I heard the window shatter looked back and it was too late to follow them because I had already passed the turn off and there was mad traffic because the cops were clearing everyone out. I thought it was a rock, but when I got to a parking lot and actually got to look at it there was a distinct hole that went all the way through the glass about the size of a BB or pelet. Thats the last time I take my car down there... ride'n with friends for now on. Over the phone estimate to have it fixed by Safelite was $170...

It should cost about $200 for parts and labor on the driver's window. My friend just had to replace hers after it was shot out. Someone was using a "potato gun" that shot apples. There were a lot of other cars in her parking lot that had the same thing happen. It wasn't just aimed at her Celica.

the total is $450 w/ tax & labor ($100 in labor alone for the rear drivers window). I should get it back tomorrow, when I will then strip all stickers and graphics from the car and go w/ the stock look.

that really sux man, hope you get it fixed soon or taken care of by your insurance. My friends aftermarket wing got jackked, they ripped the thing off and while rocking it back and forth to take it off, broke this back windshield.
