Catalytic Bypass (how to make MIL Eliminator)

I'm a little confused and can't figure a few things out.

So the car uses the white wire as a reference...and the blue as the actual AF voltage signal.

What does the white "reference" actually provide to the ECU?
Some places list the white wire as the ground for the 02 sensor.

And what do the 2 black wires do?

I am trying to eliminate an 02 sensor...and my idea is to simply splice into the primary 02 sensor's black wires and use an 02 sim to generate a signal for the blue wire...leaving the white wire alone.

Here is what I am trying to do:
The 02 simulator still needs a power source which I can splice into...but which one is actually a switched power source?

Stock sensor-----------------Deleted
black-------------------------?
black-------------------------?
white-------------------------?
blue--------------------------Simulated AF signal with 02 sim

What does the car look for when it throws a heater code?

^^^ the white is sending a frequency of 450 mv to the 02 sensor. The sensor then depending on 02 levels resists or capasitates the freq and sends it back to the ECU. You want the 02 sensor to resist the freq to lower it below 450 that is why I have the set up as shown. the capasitor is just to keep the freq right while the o2 sensor heats up.
Dont touch the black wires or you may stop the 02 sensor from working properly. As I listed they only deal with the heat and ground.
Thanks for the info.
I'm not sure you're understanding what I'm trying to do but it's probably because I'm explaining it wrong.

I want to compeltely unplug my secondary 02 sensor.
I will be using an 02 simulator to simulate the blue wire going to the ECU.

If the white wire sends a signal to the 02 sensor and then the 02 sensor sends a signal back to the ECU via the blue wire....than I can ignore the white wire as my 02 sim will be simulating the blue one.

As for the black...If I don't do anything with these two wires then I will throw heater circuit codes.

I'm trying to finger a way around these heater codes but am not completely sure what each one of the heater wires does.

Got you. Yea you can ignore the white. As far as the heater goes you could cross wire to the first 02 sensor since they would both heat the same.
Would I need to do both black wires or just one?

So basically cut the heater wires at the ECU for the secondary sensor.
Then strip the insulation on the heater wires for the primary sensor and solder the ECU side of the secondary wires in?
