Celica side skirt clamp?

Hi, i have been looking for the rocker "clamp" for the action package side skirts (rear) , cant seem to find one anywhere, i checked my local toyota, no luck. I also was able to find a part number off a direction sheet. part number is 76919A95R0. I also checked a local hard ware store, and couldnt find anything similar, anyone have any idea where i could find a set of these or a clamp similar to them? thanks!

You can probably just use a nut, washer and bolt in place of the clamp.

considered that, but it seems like the clamp holds it quite nice, i might just make my own, i dont know why toyota has no idea on a part number.

You can also use 3M double tape to help support it.
